Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 15th day of May 2001, Neil Thinn resigned as liquidator of the above-named company by appointing John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as his successors.
Notice in writing has been received from a creditor requesting a meeting be held.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the offices of McDonald Vague & Partners, Level Five, DDB Building, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, on the 4th day of July 2001 at 2.30 p.m.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
