Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Comtech Systems Limited be liquidated and that Anthony
J. McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 31st day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before which the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and members may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address stated below.
