Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 6th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, that James Wren & Co (Southland) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) be liquidated and that Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of June 2001.
