Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 11th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution that Stapleton Kirk Enterprises Limited (formerly Meadowbake Enterprises Limited) be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of June 2001.
