Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 11th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution that Ellen Roache Limited be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of June 2001.
