Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of the directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Limestone Glens Limited
be liquidated and that Geoffrey Anthony Bolderston
and Francis John Burgess, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of May 2001 at 2.00 p.m.
This is a liquidation of a solvent company.
All creditors will be paid in full before the end of June 2001.
The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
