Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders dated the 11th day of
June 2001 and timed at 1.30 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
13th day of August 2001.
