The Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of June 2001, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Permilltreat Timber Limited and Parkvale Box Co Limited be liquidated and that Fred Girvan, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator
for the purpose.
These are voluntary liquidations for administration purposes only.
The liquidations commenced on the 11th day of June 2001.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that each company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8), copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
