Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of March 2001 at 2.30 p.m., Jonathan McKellar Dent was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of March 2001 at 2.30 p.m.
