Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wolton Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of June 2001 at 3.35 p.m.
