Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

above-named companies commenced on the 7th day of June 2001 at the times specified, when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
