Take notice that, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Rose Flats Limited have, by way of resolution dated the 7th day of June 2001, resolved that the company be placed in liquidation and that I, Sean Fitzpatrick, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed as liquidator of the company.
