Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Coastal Tankers Limited be liquidated and John Fokerd and Alan Isaac, chartered accountants of Wellington, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidators fix the 29th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
