Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 15th day of May 2001, Neil Thinn resigned as liquidator of the above-named company by appointing John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as his successors.
