Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2)(a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 1st day of June 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that H.M. Marler & Co. Limited be liquidated and that Donald Eric Wackrow, of Wackrow and Co., solicitors, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors of the company have completed a declaration of solvency.
This liquidation is for the purpose of returning surplus assets to shareholders.
