Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 28th day of May 2001 at 9.40 p.m., when the members appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
