Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Notlem Holdings Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of May 2001 at 2.00 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Tarsha Triplow.
This is a solvent liquidation instigated as part of a restructuring of the shareholders' affairs.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 5th day of July 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
