Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 3rd day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Joley Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Brent Thomas Dickins, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of May 2001.
