Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 31st day of May 2001 at 1.00 p.m., appointed Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes the 2nd day of July 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of May 2001.
