Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Grey, chartered accountant of Chester Grey Chartered Accountant Limited, was appointed as liquidator of South Auckland Electrical Services Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of May 2001.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 27th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
