Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that the sole shareholder of Piper Holdings Limited has resolved by special resolution that Piper Holdings Limited be put into liquidation and that Dilkhush (Dinu) Harry and Allen Claude Bertelsen, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of December 2000.
