Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Greerton Newsagency (1977) Limited be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Barrie Miles Owen, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of May 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The company is solvent and the directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
