Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 25th day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution that Plaza Hotels Management Limited be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of May 2001.
