Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of May 2001 at 1.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ross Industries (New Zealand) Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 30th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
