Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 28th day of May 2001, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) [(a)] [(b)] of the Companies Act 1993, that Armband Limited be liquidated and that Dennis Michael Lay, chartered accountant of Goldsmith Fox PKF, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of May 2001.
