Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jon Charles Ash, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners, was appointed liquidator of BNRE Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of May 2001.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Lock & Partners, 133 Vincent Street, Auckland, on telephone (09) 379 8410.
A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
The shareholders wish to wind up the company, which is no longer trading, following the sale of its business.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
15th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims
and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
