Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 24th day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the company fails to meet the solvency requirements and is unable to meet its obligations as they fall due, Petrolink Systems Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced at Whangarei on the 25th day of May 2001 at 2.40 p.m.
