Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 22nd day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Motherwell Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor, and Peter Robert Bullen, chartered accountant, both of Hamilton, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of May 2001.
The liquidators fix the 12th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
