Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency specialists, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Equityline Financial Solutions Limited (in liquidation) on the 16th day of May 2001 at 9.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Equityline Financial Solutions Limited (in liquidation) fix the 15th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
