Appointment of Liquidator
The notice with the above heading which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 March 2001, No. 35, page 732, incorrectly stated that NZ Liquor Limited was placed into liquidation on 8 March 2001.
The company which was placed into liquidation on that
date was Third Rock Café Limited (in liquidation) with NZ Liquor Limited being the petitioning creditor.
