Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that Graham William Crombie, chartered accountant of Polson Higgs & Co, was appointed liquidator of Globalbrain Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of May 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Lornae Lewis at 139 Moray Place, Dunedin, on telephone (03) 477 9923.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Friday, the 25th day of May 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
