Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders dated the 10th day of May 2001 and timed at 12.58 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
10th day of July 2001.
