Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of May 2001, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Rowan Kingstone, of Kingstone Duff Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with immediate effect.
