Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Meal Solutions Limited, Lenard's Marketing Fund Limited and Fleming Farms (Chartwell) Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 8th day of May 2001 at 10.00 a.m., 10.01 a.m. and 10.02 a.m. respectively.
