Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of May 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Kiwifruit Investments Limited and Kiwifruit Investments Holdings Limited be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Barrie Miles Owen, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 2nd day of May 2001 at 1.30 p.m. and 1.35 p.m. respectively.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
