Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of
JJ & AL Bourvis Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 10th day of May 2001 at 10.49 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of JJ & AL Bourvis Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 10th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
