30th day of April 2001 at 10.26 a.m., by the High Court at Palmerston North.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Sherwood Motor Inn 1998 Limited (in liquidation) will be held in the Wakefield Room, Sherwood on Featherston, 250 Featherston Street, Palmerston North, on the 25th day of May 2001 at 11.30 a.m.

To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 21st day of June 2001, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
