Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Company Winding Up
Pursuant to Sections 241 (2) (a) and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, David Robert Suisted, hereby give notice that on Monday, the 30th day of April 2001, the shareholders of Swarm Limited resolved by special resolution to wind up, and have appointed me as liquidator.
Any creditor, person or organisation having a claim against the company must, within 28 days of this notice, file with the liquidator a proof of debt, after which date no further claim will be accepted.
