Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and David Malcolm Marshall, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Plasterwork Industries Limited (in liquidation), on the 26th day of April 2001 at 11.30 a.m., by the High Court at Auckland under the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 15th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
