Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On Monday, the 23rd day of April 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that H.T. & L.I. Houben Limited be liquidated and that John Francis Pak, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Te Puke, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of April 2001 at 10.35 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
1st day of June 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
