Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
A copy of the directors' resolution that the company would be able to pay its debts on the appointment of a liquidator has been filed with the Registrar.
James Roland McIvor and Ian James Lyver, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of GADM Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 19th day of April 2001, the date that the liquidation commenced.
