Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of April 2001, John Francis Pak, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2001 at 3.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 25th day of May 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
