Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of April 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Anthony Nominees Limited be liquidated and that David John Henderson, accountant
of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of April 2001 at 10.00 a.m. New Zealand time.
