The Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of April 2001 at 3.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Nicholas George Francis, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of April 2001.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators does hereby fix the 20th day of May 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
