Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 9th day of April 2001, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sherre Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 9th day of April 2001 at 12.39 p.m., 12.46 p.m. and 12.49 p.m. respectively.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistant, Rozanna Waiari, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
