Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 3rd day of May 2001, passed a resolution appointing Graeme George McDonald and Leearna Michelle Waghorne, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the conference rooms of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Thursday, the 3rd day of May 2001 at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Confirmation of the appointment of liquidators.
3. Appointment of a liquidation committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
