Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter Ross McLean and David Murray Blanchett, of Beattie Rickman, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BOP Freight Distribution (1999) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of April 2001 at 10.14 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 27th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
