Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Washington Way Limited (in liquidation) commenced on the 19th
day of February 2001 at 9.00 a.m., when the members
appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of
13 Woodford Terrace, Fendalton, Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company's minute book.
The directors previously passed a resolution, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, declaring that on liquidation of the company it would be able to pay its debts.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
