Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 6th day of April 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Butchers Block Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed jointly and severally for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2001 at 12.05 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 11th day of May 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
