Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, subsequent to the directors resolving that the company would on the appointment of a liquidator be able to pay its debts, Mark John Pevats, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator by a special resolution of shareholders on the 30th day of March 2001.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
30th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
